Priced after analysis

Custom website projects

Not everything fits a package — and that is fine, because squeezing an unusual project into a fixed price list ends either in overpaying or in a trimmed scope. Custom projects are priced after a conversation, once we know exactly what the site has to do.

When a project counts as custom

The simplest sign: the project needs a mechanism that goes beyond presenting an offer and the standard functions of a website. An online shop, user accounts, a complex configurator or an integration with an external system all call for individual analysis.

Simpler things — a booking form, say, or a detailed price list — often still fit within the business website package.

Online shop

A product catalogue, basket, online payments, shipping and order handling. The scope depends on how many products there are and how payments work.

A larger site

Dozens of pages, a service catalogue, a search function, a members area, more than one language.

Unusual forms

A configurator, a price calculator, a multi-step enquiry, or a submission form with attachments and notifications.

Integrations

Connecting the site to a stock system, invoicing software, a CRM or a supplier's API.

Rebuilding an existing site

Migrating content from an old site, protecting search positions and redirecting the old addresses.

How we price this kind of work

We do not quote from a one-line description. The order is always the same.

  1. 01

    A conversation about scope

We establish what the site has to do and who for. On that basis we propose a technical approach and point out which parts fit a standard package and which need pricing separately.

  2. 02

    A written scope

You get a list of what will be built, and of what is deliberately left out. It is a document both sides can come back to.

  3. 03

    Price and schedule

The figure and the date are set individually once we have reviewed the scope — at this scale we do not quote ranges up front. On larger builds we split the work into stages so that each one produces something visible.

  4. 04

    Delivery in stages

We show working pieces along the way rather than only at the end. Correcting course then is far easier than reworking the whole thing.

Start with a conversation, not a specification

You do not need to arrive with a finished feature list or know the technical terms. Describe what you expect the site to do and we will translate it into a concrete scope of work.

Some things that look bespoke at first glance — a booking form, say, or a detailed price list — fit within the business website package. We will point that out up front, before moving to a separate quote.

Care for larger projects

The standard care price applies to standard websites. On larger projects the scope of ongoing care is often wider: more frequent monitoring, handling integrations, additional server resources or non-standard technical work.

In those cases the monthly price of care may be higher than the standard 280 zł. We work it out individually after reviewing the project and give you the figure before we start — never partway through.

Describe your idea

The more you write about what the site should do and who it is for, the more specific an answer you get. The analysis and the quote are free.
